November 2025 Update

Good afternoon,

It’s now been five years since the first version of Pocpod was released, and those of you who have been here since the early days will know just how far the service has come.

Recently, I introduced a major update to the subscription system — and today I’m excited to share another highly requested feature that has just gone live.

✅ New Premium Subscriptions

Before I continue, rest assured that current subscribers are unaffected — you can stay on your existing plan at your current price unless you decide to switch.

For new subscribers, the old Standard, Small Business, Medium Business and Large Business plans have now been retired.

They’ve been replaced with a simpler and far more flexible Premium plan.
Under this plan, you choose exactly how many users you need.

  • £20 per month for a single user
  • + £10 per month for each additional user
  • Prices available in other currencies depending on location

📸 Add Photos to Damage Indicators

A brand-new update has just gone live — and it includes one of the most requested features ever.

You can now attach photos directly to damage indicators, in addition to adding photos in the usual way.
On customer reports, these photos will now clearly show which damage indicator they relate to, making reports easier to understand at a glance.

This feature has been asked for repeatedly over the past couple of years, and I’m really pleased to finally deliver it.

🔧 Other Improvements

A number of smaller refinements and fixes were included alongside these releases, including cleaner UI elements and behind-the-scenes improvements to photo performance and syncing.

🚀 What’s Next?

In my previous update, I mentioned plans to improve background job syncing. This work is still underway — it was taking a little longer than expected, which is why I pushed the damage indicator update out first.

Here’s what I’m now focused on:

1. Improved Job Syncing

Enhancing the way jobs save to the server, allowing syncing even when the app is fully closed.

2. Multi-Image Upload Support

Soon you’ll be able to select and upload multiple images from your device at once.

3. Invoicing & Payments

Work on the upcoming invoicing and payments feature is in the early stages.
This will allow you to create and send invoices directly to customers and accept payments through Pocpod.

If you’d like early access or want to help shape this feature, please let me know.

Thank You

As always, thank you for being part of Pocpod and for all the feedback that helps drive development forward.

If you have any questions or spot anything that needs attention, feel free to reply directly.

Kind regards,
